Proptech Analytics Brand Identity

Proptech Analytics offers an innovative data collation and benchmarking service that helps property developers assess the viability of large-scale property developments. They partnered with Bourne and Bred to develop a full brand identity and marketing materials package.

 
 

The brief

Proptech is a new start-up company and successful applicant in the King’s College 2018 King’s20 Accelerator programme. This programme offers new businesses expert mentorship, investment opportunities, coaching, office space, and the opportunity to develop the leadership skills to succeed.

To get the company off to a flying start, founder Richard, asked Bourne and Bred to design a new identity that would create a solid foundation for the its future success.

 
 

The solution

When it comes to corporate graphic design, it’s important to be innovative without losing sight of the target audience. We utilised the London city skyline to help create an association that customers could relate to. We brought it to life with illustrated abstract shapes in powerful neon hues. The use of layered, translucent shapes alludes to the transparency that the software delivers to its users.

The outputs for this project included key business stationery, together with a large icon design project, as well as full brand guidelines, corporate slide templates and event materials.
