Bon and Bear Brand Identity

Bon and Bear produce luxury trend-inspired nursing wraps for new mothers and their babies. We were asked to help craft a brand identity that would appeal to fashion conscious mothers.

 
 

The brief

With strong ambitions to turn their kitchen-table startup into a large-scale ecommerce success, Bon and Bear approached us to help them accelerate their journey. Their brief was simple - create a striking, visual brand that emphasised the company’s youth and vitality.

The brand identity would need to appeal to mothers and be complementary to the patterns used in the nursing wrap designs. The identity would be used on its website, on social media and across its packaging and care labels, creating a seamless brand experience for customers.

 
 

The solution

We used Bon and Bear’s flagship product, The Maine Nursing Wrap to draw inspiration for three initial concepts. The final design combines subtle hints of animal print together with organic, muted colours and a handwritten logo. The simple combination complements Bon and Bear’s beautiful wraps, perfectly.

The project involved a full branding package including business cards, stationery, brand guidelines, packaging artwork and all the graphic design elements for developing the online store.
